What is the significance of Ram Temple in Ayodhya ?
Ram Idols in the Makeshift Ram temple in Ayodhya.
Significance of the Ram temple?
As a Hindu who die hardly wants a Ram Temple to be erected at it’s rightful place I say it is as important as breathing to the human body.
It is not simply just another temple. It is not a place encroached by someone. It is the place where Lord Ram was born. It is called the Ram Janmbhoomi or the birth place of Lord Ram and is of paramount importance for us.
Ask a Muslim what is the importance of Mecca.
Ask a Jew what is the importance of Jerusalem.
Ask a Christian what is the importance of Vatican.
Ask a Buddhist what is the importance of Bodh Gaya.
Ask a Sikh the importance of the Golden Temple.
Ask an Atheist the importance of rationality.
Now I say combine them all and what you will get is the significance of the Ram Temple for us Hindus.
It is a priceless heritage which we lost to a barbarian called Babur though some say the temple was destroyed before Babur but that does not matter as now the Archaeological Survey of India(ASI) has ample proof of a temple being present there and that is what matters. There should not be even any dispute after this as it is an open and shut case. When Muslims know that the land belongs to Hindus why are they still laying claims on it?
The BJP is essentially Hindu in character and considers, like many Hindus, the restoration of this prestigious heritage back to the Hindu community. Many BJP leaders and even the two best prime ministers of our country have been RSS pracharaks. Need I say more why the BJP is so concerned for the Ram temple?
The dispute is not a BJP generated one but Hindus have been fighting for this piece of land since centuries now. There have been many conflicts behind this land and first “recorded” conflict was in the year 1853.
Some call the demolition of the Babri Masjid “the blackest day in Indian democracy” as if the partition of India and Kashmiri Hindu and Sikh exodus were quite bright days in India. One only needs to peel the surface why they happened.
This centuries old conflict when not resolved by our governments nor constitution it was then the masses(read Hindus) decided to take the matter in their own hands. Not a single person(read Muslims) was killed in the Ramjanmbhoomi movement which was simply to claim the land back whereas millions died in the partition and the Kashmiri Hindu and Sikh exodus and India lost a vast territory. That takes care of the “Black Day” bullshit!
There is one thing that is greater even than the constitution and that is the “will of the people”.
Now coming on to the hospital and school argument.
Needless to say that the country must have more schools and hospitals but why are we mixing this social issue with a religious and political one?
Ayodhya’s area is 10.25 square kms. then why a school or a hospital should be constructed only at the Ramjanmbhoomi and nowhere else in the city? Is it to satisfy the ego of Muslims for votes and secular dumb heads?
From 1992 to 2016 why not a single world class hospital and school has not been constructed in Ayodhya and all the proposals for such “noble causes” come only when the Ramjanmbhoomi issue is mentioned?!
We gave away 25% of our country’s area during the partition to “make peace” between Hindus and Muslim. 68 years later we are still appealing or grappling for “peace” after the ethnic cleansing of the Kashmiri Hindus and Sikhs, after Godhra, after Muzaffarnagar etc. etc.
There is divide between Hindus and Muslims not because of the Ram Temple but because of political correctness and history distorting retards that we have.
I belong to Uttar Pradesh and let me tell you that Ayodhya will benefit immensely from the Ram Mandir.
Heard of the place called Tirupati in South India? It has only Venkateshwara Temple and tourism as it’s economy as of now. The revenue generated from the temple and the tourists is more than Rs. 2400 crore. A temple is an economy in itself!
The region’s economy will get a huge boost by the Ram Mandir. Even the Muslims will benefit from the same due to tourist or rather “pilgrim” influx and the region will get “development” thereby arresting loose motions of the secularists, forward thinking and ill informed jokers we have in our nation.
But to hell with the economic part!
No wonder we got thrashed for a thousand years and our women and children got raped and killed because at every point of time some people were too busy filling their pockets then filling their heads with pride and honour to fight.
The Ram Temple must be constructed because it is a matter of faith for us Hindus, a matter of our identity and a matter of our honour. Everything else is a simply a political gimmick! At no point of time the acts of a barbarian should be justified to buy temporary peace.
The Ram Temple must be constructed because that piece of land belongs to Ram and his followers. We – The Hindus.
