One who attains human form in which

One loves Krishna through Bhaktiyoga.

One who constantly  remembers Krishna.

One who chant holy names of Krishna.

One who worships Krishna with faith and devotion.

One who surrenders to Krishna in devotion.

One who serves Krishna and his devotees.

One who serves his spiritual master.

One who associates and serves the devotees of Krishna.

One who daily read Vaishnav scriptures such as Bhagvad Gita and SrimadBhagvatam.

One who visits holy Dham associated with Krishna.

One who follows Vaidhi Bhakti by dovetailing his life activities in being Krishna conscious.

One who preaches name, fame, form and pastimes of Lord Krishna attracts mercy of Krishna. 

Such a fortunate devotee at once becomes eligible to return back home, back to Godhead by the mercy of spiritual master and  Supreme Lord Krishna. Krishna consciousness is eternal and it is religion of Soul which is also known as Bhagvat Dharma.
